Briefing: when you fill in the contact form, we receive what you need, the budget range and the timeline (if provided), the project description, your name and your WhatsApp number or email.

Conversations: if you talk to us on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, we receive what you write and your profile details on those services.

Browsing: this site stores in your browser only your language choice (a cookie, when you switch language manually) and a note that the opening screen was already shown (session storage). We do not use advertising cookies or behavior analytics tools.

We use the data to reply to you, understand your project, prepare a proposal and discuss the work. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with the services needed to run the site and reply to you, such as the email delivery service (Resend), the site hosting and WhatsApp. These services process data under their own policies.

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request, carry out the project and meet legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or anonymized.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), you may request confirmation that we process your data, access to it, correction, anonymization or deletion, portability and withdrawal of consent. Just write to awtdevelopment@gmail.com.

We take reasonable measures to protect data from unauthorized access. We may update this policy; the date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
